Stone Urn Shaped Table Lamp

Mid 20th Century

A substantial and elegant stone urn-shaped table lamp, beautifully carved from translucent stone with natural veining that gives the piece exceptional depth and character. Classical in inspiration, the lamp combines timeless form with the warm, ambient glow unique to alabaster or onyx when illuminated.

The body is modelled as a classical urn, rising from a circular foot to a gently flared neck, all raised on a square stepped plinth. Throughout the stone, soft cream, ivory, and honey tones are interwoven with delicate natural veining, ensuring each example is entirely unique.

The lamp is fitted with a brass bulb holder and has been professionally wired for modern use, making it ready to enjoy immediately. Its elegant proportions make it equally suited to a console table, bedside cabinet, sideboard, or desk, where it will provide both decorative presence and a warm, atmospheric light.
