What materials do you use in the restoration of your furniture?

As far as is possible we use British made, naturally sourced, ethically
produced materials when reviving and repairing our furniture. More
information on how we do this can be found here.

Do you offer bespoke finishing or upholstery?

How can I tell if it’ll fit?

All our items are listed with full dimensions, so please check not only the room for which your piece is intended, but also access. If you have any concerns about fitting your items through doors, up staircases or in and out of lifts, please get in touch via e-mail at

Do you have a showroom?

We have a workshop and warehouse in Grafton Underwood, Northamptonshire and welcome visits by appointment.


What payment options are accepted?

We accept all major UK credit and debit cards via the checkout function on our website. Our website also has an option to use PayPal express checkout too. We can also take payment over the phone or issue invoices when necessary. Please get in touch via e-mail at to discuss.

Can I cancel my order?

If your item has not yet left our workshop, you may be able to cancel your order. Any internationally ordered items cancelled before dispatch
will be reimbursed in GBP. Please e-mail us at if you would like to cancel an existing order.

Delivery & Returns

How much will delivery cost me?

Delivery costs to mainland UK are calculated at checkout based on the
size of the item you are buying. If you buy more than one item, only the largest delivery cost will be applied.

Alternatively, collection can be arranged from our workshop (based in NN14) for free if you can arrange your own means of transport.

When will my item be delivered?

All items for delivery to UK mainland are dispatched within 14 days of
purchase. We try to ensure that our drivers make the most efficient,
environmentally friendly journeys, so delivery times depend on when vans are heading to your part of the country. We will be in touch within 48 hours of purchase to make arrangements. International delivery times vary, please get in touch directly with any specific queries.

How will my item be delivered?

Do you deliver out of the UK?

We regularly ship items internationally. Please get in touch at to discuss options.

What packaging do you use?

Our professional handlers wrap each item in furniture removal blankets, before being safely secured for transit. Upon arrival at your home the blankets are removed and returned to us for use over and over again. Smaller items are packaged in recycled cardboard boxes and secured with compostable packing pellets.

I’ve got a problem with my item, how can you help?

If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, it can be returned or exchanged provided it is returned in the condition in which it was received. If you wish to return your item for either a full refund or a credit note please get in touch via within 14 days of delivery. Should you have an item to return, please note that you will be responsible for returning it to us in the condition in which it was received and for all shipping and packaging costs incurred.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the item was faulty when received by you. We take great care to ensure that all our furniture leaves our workshop in the best possible condition. This condition is recorded on the webpage detailing each item when it is available for sale, and again on your confirmation of purchase e mail, so please check here if you are unsure as to what to expect.
